Our Story

Founded in the heart of Nashville, our organization was born out of a bold vision: to unite sport management students, faculty, and professionals across the state of Tennessee. In 2025, recognizing the need for deeper connection and collaboration within the field, we came together to create something new—an organization built not just on ambition, but on service, community, and opportunity.

Our journey began in a sport governance class at Trevecca Nazarene University. What started as a classroom discussion quickly grew into a movement. Inspired by our shared passion for sports and a desire to make a lasting impact, students and faculty joined forces to address a pressing challenge: how to bridge the gap between aspiring sport management professionals and the dynamic industry they hope to join.

We understand how challenging it can be to break into the sports industry. It’s a field where relationships matter, where opportunities often begin with a conversation, and where experience and exposure can make all the difference. That’s why we exist.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between students and professionals, institutions and industries. By providing intentional networking opportunities, professional development experiences, and service-based initiatives, we aim to empower the next generation of sport management leaders—together.

2025 marks our first official year in action, but our commitment runs deep. We believe that by building a strong, connected community across Tennessee, we can open doors, foster growth, and elevate the future of sports management. What began in a classroom at Trevecca Nazarene University is now a statewide effort to shape the leaders, collaborators, and innovators who will define the future of sport in Tennessee and beyond.
